Harriet Moynihan, our Head of Accountability in International Law, spoke at a side event of NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE)'s conference, on 'Cyber-Enabled Crimes, Rome Statute and Tallinn Manual 3.0'. The theme was the complex intersection of cyber-enabled crimes, international criminal law (including the ICC OTP’s draft policy on cyber-enabled crimes under the Rome Statute), and the developments of the Tallinn Manual 3.0.
