Harriet Moynihan, our Head of Accountability in International Law, chaired a panel at the Internet Governance Forum, on 'Addressing International Crimes Enabled Cyber Operations'. The session explored the evolving cyber threat landscape, challenges in evidence collection and attribution, and the need for stronger multi-stakeholder cooperation to uphold accountability in cyberspace.
