The AI and Public Law: navigating the digital transformation of public services and access to justice conference will bring together leading experts, policymakers, and practitioners to examine how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping public administration and access to justice.

Building on the accelerating digital transformation of governance, this conference explores the legal, institutional, and human rights implications of integrating AI into public services. Through keynote speeches and two expert panels, participants will discuss how AI-driven administrative decision-making affects accountability and transparency, and whether the integration of AI into judicial systems can advance or hinder citizens’ access to justice.

The conference aims to foster dialogue on how to align technological advancements with democratic principles and the rule of law, ensuring that innovation strengthens—rather than undermines—public trust and fundamental rights.

This event took place on the 25th September 2025.
